Pathway Advisors is founded and led by Chester Hood — Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Vanderbilt University, ordained minister of more than two decades, Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Peace Facilitator, and a working AI strategist for faith and education sectors.
The throughline across all of his work is the same: people and institutions flourish when purpose and strategy meet. Pathway Advisors is the practical expression of that conviction.

Where we're based
Pathway Advisors is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Chester serves clients nationally — virtually for most engagements, in person for keynote work and select consulting projects.
